Comfortable and cozy B&B

Immersed in the garden of the villa, in an independent setting with an equipped kitchen, terrace, solarium, a parking space and three bedrooms, two of which are communicating, wifi and TV. The space The B&B is a detached house in the garden of the main villa where I live with my family. Guest access Guests will be independent from the time of check-in. They will have the keys to the gate, the building, and the room. During your stay I live nearby, so I will be available. We can agree if guests prefer me to serve breakfast or if they prefer to do it on their own. Other things to note The proximity to the tracks could bother guests who are light sleepers... We have fitted the windows with double glazing and in the room there are ceiling fans for a pleasant summer refreshment. In winter, however, the heating is underfloor.
