Sea Breeze Place (Unit 3)

This is an apartment for rent by the sea, suitable for those who look for privacy. It may be rented either monthly or yearly. It is 50 meters from a quiet beach. It is a 15-minute drive from Chumphon Airport (free of charge), with one flight from Bangkok each day. It is a 10-minute drive from Pathiu Railway Station (free of charge) and a 45-minute drive from Chumphon Railway Station (500 bath charge). We can pick you up and take you to Sea Breeze Place when you arrive. The space The apartment is a self-contained unit, with bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom. There is a garage next to the unit. January 2018 onwards: the internet connection is fiber-optic broadband. Guest access The apartment is fully furnished: king-size bed, wardrobe and air conditioner in the bedroom; sink, gas cooker, rice cooker, electric kettle, toaster and utensils in the kitchen; sofa, TV, table and chairs, fridge and fan in the living room; water heater in the bathroom. There is a washing machine available nearby; it is 30 baht per load. Other things to note On the beach, the presence of tiny sandflies (perhaps gnats) might be felt especially in the twilight.
