The space Royal Route Residence with Unesco protected statue of the “Happy Madonna” over the entrance, and beautiful view on the square with the cubist cultural marvel : House of the Black Madonna. First mentioned in 13th century our unique building is with his baroque front and ranks among one the most beautiful palazzos on the Royal Route, the coronation road used by the kings. The whole building underwent a total refurbishment in 2017, keeps the renaissance stairway with its beautiful wooden steps, and offers high standard of living with an amazing touch of history, which surrounds you on every step and with magnificent views of the nearby Powder Gate, Municipal House or the cubist house of The Black Madonna straight opposite of the house. Guest access All our guests have full access to all amenities the house & apartment offers including free high speed Wifi internet, over 500 international TV channels, air-condition, downstairs in the house is a 24/7 open small grocery store, where you can get basic groceries with bigger supermarkets just 2 minutes walk away. Parking is possible just 2 minutes aways in a public garages from the closeby department store & we will be delighted to provide you with all details and directions. Every Apartment in the house has its own entrance from the Atrium space with a private entrance. All our guests will get a personalised guidebook for our local recommendations so that you can enjoy your stay to the fullest. We have a special breakfast package for our guests in a nearby cozy cafe located just a short walk from the apartment. All guests will receive a special voucher entitling them for a special package and a discount throughout your stay. Other things to note fast wifi ranging from 70 - 100 mbps both download and upload there is no washer or dryer in the apartment , but we can wash for you for a small fee ( we have a washer and dryer in the house ) - you can get the clothes ready in a bag and we will wash straight ahead. we just charge a small fee of 15 euros (or 380 czk ( or 15 ) per washload (around 7-8 kg of laundry ) there is no parking , but you can find many parking options around : the closest parking palladium : offers 2 or 3 days parking plans , 3-4 mins on foot or MR Parkit Panska: Panská 854/2, 110 00 Nové Město
