The space The house is located in the Rovezzano area, a 10-minute drive from the historical center of Florence and surrounded by century-old Villa Favard Park. The house occupies the 1st floor of a rustic building nestled in a large park with swimming pool. It has 3 double rooms with twin beds and 3 double bedrooms. Each room has a private bathroom with shower , AC , TV . It is equipped with free Wi-Fi. Some rooms overlook the garden others overlook the courtyard. You can relax on the furnished terrace or in the living room with fireplace and table biliardo.E 'available a pool (12m. X 7m.) With umbrella and chairs. Within the private park we have available to guests free parking. The property is next to a bus stop into the city center or Santa Maria Novella station Bus No. 14.  In proximity of the house you can find supermarket, bar, kiosk, baker and some excellent Pizzerias. The house offers tranquility while being just minutes from the historic center of Florence. Guests are advised that air conditioning is present in the bedrooms but not in the common areas.
