Guest access It's important to note that there are six steps at the entrance to the building before the lift. During your stay To give guests complete flexibility, initial access to the building is self-service via a web link, and instructions are sent on the morning of arrival. Inside are the physical keys for daily use during the stay. The team is always available to help and answer any questions. What's more, for bookings of ten days or more, there's a personalised check-in with a professional hostess who welcomes guests in person to make sure everything's to their liking. Other things to note The building has a lift, but you have to climb six steps to get to it. On-street parking is paid and very limited. We recommend the nearby car parks: Tomás Miller, 160 m away (reservations accepted); Padre Cueto, 400 m away (cheaper); and Las Canteras, 450 m away. For long stays or if you're looking for a more affordable option, Parking Olof Palme is about 800 metres away. The area boasts picturesque buildings and is close to places such as Doramas Park.
