Our home is in a quiet residential area which is a short drive away from I95 and US1. We’re minutes to the ocean, shopping, Kennedy Space Center, and Merritt Island National Wildlife Sanctuary. There are parks, nature trails, and the Indian River close by for outdoor lovers. Amazing launch views minutes away as well! We enjoy meeting new people and would love the opportunity to make your stay here on the Space Coast a memorable one! The space This is a private studio apartment attached to a residential home. The side yard with it's tall shady tree offers a great space for a picnic or running space for kids. Guest access The apartment has its own private entrance through back lanai area. Other things to note Know before you book that pool is not heated and hot tub is not available.
