This is a cosy apartment perfect for families or groups of friends. It is composed of 2 bedrooms and a modern kitchen open on the living room. We can accommodate up to 6 people. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the Apls and on the valley. The apartment is located 10 minutes walking distance from the center and 5 minutes by car to the ski lifts. This rent is done directly to me, the landlord. Board games, children games, books, comic books, video tapes and a Chromecast are at your disposal. The space The apartment includes: - A fully equipped high-end kitchen open to the dinning area and the living room. Feel free to use the food in the closets left by ourselves and other guests. - The living room has a TV, a small table and a convertible for two people. There is a balcony with view on the Alps. - 1 parental bedroom with a wardrobe. - 1 bedroom for kids with bunk beds for two people - 1 large bathroom - 1 hallway with cabinets. - 1 indoor parking lot and free outdoor parking lots outside. At you disposal: DVD and tape player, hifi, board games, books, kid games and a Chromecast to stream Netflix or Spotify from an android phone. The region is very pleasant as much in winter as in summer: skiing, hiking, MTB, climbing, tennis, golf, tree climbing and paintball. There are plenty of restaurants, pubs and clubs in the center. We will send you a guide for a nice stay after confirmation, with many good tips about things to do in the area. Guest access You'll have access to the whole apartment, including the garage, the ski storage and the shared laundry.
