Cottage charentais 4 people. Two bedrooms: 1 with double bed and the second with 2 single beds. Terrace and garden south facing private. The space Very bright cottage of about 52 m2 including a kitchen/ dining room fitted and equipped. Kitchen elements, large table with 6 chairs and buffet. Living area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and an independent WC. Sitting area: 2 armchairs, a leather sofa and a small table Two bedrooms: A room with double bed of 140, a second with 2 single beds of 90. Each with a large wardrobe. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Guest access We also have common areas shared with other potential tenants of the site: - a covered terrace - a games room with table football, billiards and tennis. - a petanque field - a fenced outdoor play area with porches and small houses for children where we leave many toys available even for the beach. - a swimming pool (14X7m) and the paddling pool (6X3m) heated from May 1 to September 30, open from 10am to 8pm, the area is secure. Other things to note Rental is only possible for a minimum of 2 nights. Our rates include beds made on arrival and departure cleaning A heating supplement is required in winter. Baby Equipment (with prior request): Free of charge for stays of at least one week (cot, high chair, bath or bath seat, changing mat..) Towel rental rate: 1 large towel: 10 € Kit 1 large + 1 small towel: 15 € Free WIFI access on site, only outside the cottage in the garden and especially on the covered terrace of the site Laundry room with washing machines and dryer, 6 € per use
