Our circa 1851 farmhouse is situated approx 25 miles from 2 great ski/all season resorts Jay Peak,Burke Mountain, Craftsbury Outdoor Center in the NEK. We’re just off the Irasburg common w/local market,library and church. Beautiful views from the back deck of our neighbors farm with horses,cows,goats and chickens, apple trees and Allen Hill. Direct access to VAST snowmobile and ATV trails from Irasburg Common. So much to do in the Kingdom and Beyond! Great place for day trips to Canada! The space Guests love the rambling space in the house from the main farmhouse to the barn connected by a mud room. We’ve got 3 full baths including a soaking tub! There are a variety of living spaces throughout the house and barn. Upstairs in the barn loft there are 2 full beds and an air mattress this is Bedroom #6. Lots of board games, books and a record player with a variety of vinyl records. It’s a great open fun space to camp out together. Barn has a TV for your streaming services and chatting and cuddling on the big sectional couch. The grounds are great for just relaxing and having fun. There is a campfire ring, corn hole and Viking bowling game, baseballs and mitts, sleds and snowman kit for winter fun...an outdoor deck with a grill and a kitchen herb and fruit garden with blueberries and strawberries (raspberry bush in front yard) Apple and plum trees in backyard as well!
