Aegina Sea View Villas "Klio" - Aegina Island

The house is newly built and it is located at the hill of Aeginitissa Bay, probably one of the nicest areas of the island with a rare stunning sunset view. Aeginitissa beach is about 5-10 minutes walk. Town centre is a 15 minutes drive. There are many interesting places in the surroundings such as Marathonas with two well known sandy beaches and Perdika village, with some of the best tavernas and fish restaurants. The space The guests may have access to organic vegetables from our vegetable garden and fresh eggs from our coop (depending upon seasonal availability) There is a "baby park bed" available for families travelling with a baby. Guest access Parking Space, BBQ, Shared Swimming pool, Garden Other things to note * Since the house is part of a complex, guests are kindly asked to respect the quiet hours. *Please turn off all air-condition units and lights when you leave the house. *The swimming pool is shared between three appartments and it may be used from morning until sunset.
