Shops, restaurants and bars are just 30 meters away, and beaches are a 5-minute walk away. This building built in real Corsican granite was completely renovated and refurbished in 2017. We have created 2 duplexes of 45 m² each: the AMO apartment and the BACI apartment (possibility to rent the 2 duplexes that are communicating via the entrance hall > for 8 people) These two apartments have the charm of old Corsican buildings (granite, central, typical) while offering the comfort of a renovated apartment (modern decor, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, quality bedding etc.). In addition, its exceptional location (30 meters from the port and 5 minutes from the beaches) gives you a unique experience of a Corsican village and does not require a car. This is the AMO apartment. It is accessed via an external granite staircase. On the lower floor, it consists of a large modern and cozy living room: seating area with large sofa bed for 2 people, coffee table and dining table area as well as a brand new and equipped open kitchen (washing machine/dishwasher/large fridge/oven/coffee machine/4 hotplates...) A staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a small mezzanine for storing or installing children's beds and finally a bright bedroom for 2 people. PLEASE NOTE: From mid-June to mid-September arrivals and departures are exclusively on Saturdays and rentals are weekly. Guest access Access via the granite staircase. Then, a white door opens onto an airlock and the entrance doors of the 2 apartments. You will have access to the apartment on the LEFT. there are plenty of free parking options in the center, all parking spaces are free and 2 steps from the apartments.
