Private overflow swimming pool-beaches within walking distance The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, fridge, washing machine, microwave and oven and full self catering facilities if you want to stay home and cook. There are also barbecue facilities. Beach towels are not provided - we provide cleaned sheets and shower towels for each guest. The villa will be delivered in a cleaned, perfect living condition upon your arrival. The space This is a family holiday villa rented to families only - there are no personal belongings in the villa. It is in a very touristic area which is mainly family occupied. There is public transport to other beautiful beaches of Protaras and Ayia Napa. Ayia Napa is also a very touristic area but mainly for young people. Guest access All spaces of the villa Other things to note This villa is for families only-up to two families with their children-up to six persons. For more than a weekly stay the villa will be cleaned at the end of the week. For more frequent cleaning upon your request on arrival at a fee of not more than Eur 30. Usually families staying for up to a week they expressed no need for cleaning. In any case I will be always available to make sure that everything is ok.
