Additional ₱800 per extra guest (max 15) 👶 Kids 2+ count toward total guest headcount 📷 For wedding preps or prenups, message us first—special rates apply 🕒 Early check-in / late check-out possible (₱1,000/hr, subject to availability) 🚿 Weak water pressure during peak weekends is a Tagaytay-wide issue—we have backup tanks & booster pump (just notify caretaker) Guest access Except laundry and 3rd floor personal living area. Other things to note •Parking: Be guided by our staff. Available for 2-3 cars inside the garage, (not suitable for large SUV’s like Ford Explorer) and along the road (we are not liable for any accident or loss of valuables, please be conscious and keep them accordingly) •Since the house is located by the ridge, please expect insects (mostly moths, beetles and the occasional firefly) to be present. We usually don’t mind since they’re fascinating to see but just close the sliding doors to the dining area and view deck to keep them outside of the house. UPDATE: - We have noticed that a few guests have mentioned weak water supply. Water pressure is really weak in Tagaytay, especially during holidays due to lack of supply all over the city going to the numerous high rise buildings instead. But we have 2 tanks provision and a cistern with booster pump. Please just simply mention it to our caretaker once water weakens so they can turn the tanks on. Thank you :)
