A beachfront house- STEP FREE ACCESS-offers a wonderful opportunity for tranquility and peace, with the sounds of waves providing a soothing backdrop. The stunning sea views and picturesque downs south views add to the beauty of the location. It's a perfect place for a family holiday, where you can create amazing memories and enjoy quality time together. You'll have the chance to unwind, relax, and immerse yourself in nature, making the most of your holiday and cherishing the experience. The space The house has been recently redecorated and it has three bedrooms on the second floor, one king size, one double and the third bedroom has bunk bed and a single bed. Also upstairs the main bathroom. Downstairs there is an entrance hall, large living/ dinning room, and a sun lounge, kitchen and a toilet. The french doors opens to the garden ( the beach) where you find a table and chairs for Al fresco eating and a charcoal Bbq. New log burner and central heating system installed for the winter months. Please bring logs if you wish to light up the fire or charcoal if you wish do make a BBQ. The house has everything a family needs to have a great and comfortable holiday in a the perfect location! It’s all about The Location!!! It’s fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, a large fridge, freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, smart tv ,wifi, bed linen and towels are provided, not beach towels thou. Travel cot and high chair available at request. Pets are welcome for a small fee( Maximum of two- must be in the booking). They’re not allowed on the furniture. Private parking for three cars. Please note, there’s NOWHERE to park on the road, don’t bring more than 3 cars. The front of the house has unspoilt views for miles across the Sussex marshes. The beach is the back garden with amazing sunrise and sunset and just the sound of the waves. And the full moon, our favourite! Guest access The entirely house! Other things to note Fantastic location if you want to rewind and relax on a quiet unspoilt beach ,stretching for miles along the south coast We’re only four miles( 12 mins by car) to Eastbourne and 8 mins from Bexhill We provide the basics suppliers of coffee, tea, sugar, condiments, toilet roll for the first couple of days. The closest station is Normans bay, about 4 mins walking from the house. The star pub is about 10 mins walk across fields with rabbits etc. Great beer garden and Sunday roast everyday ! plus a massive outdoors play area for the kids! Our favourite restaurants are; -Pablos in the eastbourne marina( delicious food and amazing views) -The Lamb Inn. -Cosmos, Asian cuisine- it’s buffet style and my kids love it there(value for money) -Roses fish and chips or the swan fish and chips. -The beach deck- great views and good food too.
