It's a new house building ..modern with private bathrooms , with all day runing hot watter , tv ,free wi -fi , and a fridge for all rooms a kitchen to make a coffee, tea , a soup :) One of the room is with a terace with the lake and mountain view, the other room is in the back of the house and has no view ,but is a nice and a very quiet room for one who want a piece and quiet :) Other things to note The guest pays all fees ..and taxes.
