THE UNIT: - 27.11sq.m. studio unit including balcony - with tinted glass windows and door - with 2 bunk beds & foam mattresses - with 4 single cabinets - with partitioned glass door (so it looks like 1 bedroom unit) - with flat-screen TV - fully air-conditioned - with dining table & chairs - with fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, induction cooker and range hood) - with fully automatic washing machine - with shower heater The space It is a fully furnished studio unit with balcony designed for a group of 4 persons, located at the 28th floor. Guest access Guess can access everything inside the unit. Other things to note 1. Guests should bring their own toiletries. 2. I do not have wifi, however I can lend my pocket/mobile wifi. Guests just have to load it by themselves and return it during check out. 3. Guests are required to submit a copy of government issued IDs prior to arrival.
