Guest access In Guest House Maris- Studio Apt with gallery 4* guests have access to free wi-fi , kitchen with kitchenettes, private bathroom, and everything else necessary for a comfortable stay! it is locate in private house with 2 floors in total, all units at the house are for rent. This studio is on top/ 2nd floor and access is by stairs only! Other things to note * Guest House Maris is located in pedestrian zone and access by car is not possible. WE DO NOT HAVE PARKING AND IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO REACH HOUSE BY CAR, but can send you closest parking locations after booking confirmation. There are free parking zones around area as well garages, but please if you will have car do not try to reach house by it. You will have to walk 5-10 min to the house once you park. *We practice self check in and before receiving check in instructions, you will be obligated to share passport or ID details/picture so we can sign you in for tourist office what we are obligated by Croatian law.
