Our family villa is just 10 minutes away from the town of Ierapetra. It is a peaceful place by the river and the beach of Agia Fotia. A secret "green" path among trees by the river will lead you to the wonderful beach. This place is suitable for relaxation and calmness far away from the over-crowded, noisy places of Crete. Come and explore the pure and wild nature of Southern Crete and the crystal clear waters of Libyan Sea. Come and explore our secret paradise! The space At the villa you can find private studios. We offer you a comfortable self-catering studio for up to three people. Recently renovated with new traditional cretan furniture, one double-bed and a sofa-bed. It has a small kitchen capable to prepare your meals, a private bathroom with shower and big balcony with great view to the garden, to the mountains and the sea. Take a sunbed and enjoy with privacy the cretan sun at the terrace or at our garden or be in 1 minute walk at the wonderful beach Agia Fotia. Guest access Located 48km from the city of Agios Nikolaos and 12km from the town of Ierapetra. By car/motorbike: From the town of Ierapetra: go east, after 12km the road will lead you in front of the beach of Agia Fotia. From the town of Sitia: follow the main road leading to Ierapetra town, then follow the directions above. By bus: There are often bus lines connectiοns from/to Heraklion, Agios Nikolaos, Sitia, Ierapetra and Agia Fotia beach. Contact us for the bus lines routes. Location: 48 km from the town of Agios Nikolaos, 12 km away from Ierapetra. By car/motorcycle: From Ierapetra follow a path to the east. After about 12 kilometers the road will lead you to the beach. Respectively, you can start from Sitia and follow the main road that leads to Ierapetra passing through Makry Gialos and Agia Fotia.
