Large house of contemporary design, SPLIT INTO TWO, One occupied by Daniel & Simone and an adjoining 90 M² part is rented on Airbnb There are two of us, Daniel & Simone, dynamic and discreet retirees. Both parts are well separated by a technical room/laundry room. The rented part is entirely independent, with a dedicated entrance/parking lot and invisible to our view, and a reserved terrace part with a view of the breeze. We only share the pool and the fenced garden. The space Your duplex-style accommodation is modern and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped. The accommodation is equipped with internet access via the fiber network, speed: - 800 to 900 mbps via RJ45 cable (two sockets in the living room/kitchen, one to the left of the sink and one behind the TV). - 30 to 40 mbps Wi-Fi. The rooms are spacious and the beds are prepared. We provide sheets and towels from a two-night booking. The pool will only be shared with us and possibly our children and grandchildren sometimes passing through. It is heated from mid June to mid September, obviously depending on the weather. It is shallow (1.60 m), be careful not to dive. The pool, as well as the garden, are not overlooked. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS. Guest access The house is located in a cul-de-sac. Peace and quiet assured, surrounded by a large fenced garden, a real green setting. Your entry is independent, several parking lots are reserved for you. Your arrival is self-contained (lockbox) Upon request, we can give you access to the use of washing/drying machines. We have gathered for you good documentation on the Bordeaux region and the Arcachon Bay. We will advise you on the most beautiful walks and must-see places.
