The house has a large kitchen with dining area joint to the living room where is one couchbed for two. From the living room a spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where you'll find the second bed (for two) as well as the bedroom which is the only room that has a door. Bathrooms are on both floors. This open space appartment-house is ideal for a family with kids. It's entirely new renovated and has 85m2 in total, a separate entrance, two balconies, own private parking, barbecue fireplace. The space What makes this apartment unique is that it is located right in the middle of the old city, between the three fortresses where the famous HBO-serial "Game of thrones" was filmed. Most of the houses in this area aren't able to offer a parking space. But we have space for one car in front of the house in our yard. (Important: as the house is in the old ancient town, the street in front of our place is a bit narrow. Your car shouldn't be longer than 4,60m and not wider that 1,81m to be able to pass the street and reach our house. We pass with an 320d BMW touring without any problems. I do not recommend SUV car! Bigger cars will stuck. Actually it's all just because of one narrow corner in this street). If You have a big car as SUV ,we strongly recommend a public parking lot which is cheap and with video surveillance 1 km away from the house . Guest access Our guests have acces to all rooms in the appartment as well as to the yard including barbecue and parking. Gosti imaju pristup u sve prostorije apartmana u kuci. Na raspolaganju su cijeli apartman i dvoriste sa rostilj-kucicom i parkingom. Other things to note If You came on SUV(or any kind of big car-bigger than 4,60cm long and 1,81 cm wide) . Just because of one narrow corner! You must know that You are in the middle of an 950 old ancient town :) . You must park on city parking. It is 1 km away from the house, cheap and with video surveillance. Day ticket costs about 3€.
