The apartment is located in the city center of Valencia, in the vibrant Ruzafa neighborhood, a district full of life and creativity. It is perfectly connected by metro and bus to the beach and the City of Arts and Sciences. Just 7 minutes from Joaquín Sorolla and Norte train stations, with nearby parking and public transportation options. The space This beautiful loft, ideal for couples or business trips, is located at street level and offers an open space integrating the kitchen, living room, and bathroom, all filled with plenty of natural light. The loft features a small terrace for relaxing or smoking, as well as amenities such as free WiFi (fiber optic), towels, beach towels, umbrellas, international power adapters, bed linen, eco-friendly bathroom accessories (shampoo, shower gel, bamboo toothbrushes with toothpaste, eco-friendly toilet paper), a hairdryer, first aid kit, iron, ironing board, washer-dryer, and drying racks. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils, including a refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and basic essentials such as salt, sugar, oil, coffee, tea, baking soda, and spices—so you don’t have to buy them for a short stay. Coffee capsules and tea infusions are also provided. We know that when you arrive from a trip, the first thing you need is a moment to relax, enjoy a refreshing drink, and let your luggage wait a little. That’s why we want you to feel at home from the very first moment. 🏠💫 Additionally, we have recently equipped the loft with an exclusive Marshall speaker to enhance your stay with the best music. We invite you to enjoy it at a moderate volume to respect the comfort of the neighbors. Perfect for unwinding, feeling at home, and living a unique experience. We will also leave a couple of bottles of fresh water in the fridge for you. In the dining area, you will find four LED lights designed to adapt to different times of the day. Their tone and intensity can be adjusted, allowing you to create the perfect ambiance—whether for a relaxed meal, a cozy dinner, or a special evening. ✨💡 In the living room, you will find maps of Valencia and updated cultural brochures. The 49” 4K Smart TV allows you to enjoy Netflix and other platforms, while the four adjustable LED lights help set the perfect mood. The bedroom is located in a loft space accessible by a spiral staircase, with a height of 1.92 meters in the open area and 1.67 meters where the beam is located, providing a cozy and functional atmosphere. This eclectic space, full of personality, has been designed with a unique touch that makes it special. Every corner tells a story, as the furniture has been restored and created by us, reflecting our passion as artisan restorers. 🌟 We believe in giving objects a second life, transforming them into unique pieces that add soul to the space. There is currently some construction work on the street, which, once completed, will make the neighborhood even more beautiful. We would like to let you know that there may be some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, although there is no work on weekends and the level of noise can vary from day to day. If your plan is to explore the city and spend the day at the beach, the construction shouldn’t be an issue. With so many holiday apartments in the area, it’s normal to see improvements happening — it’s all part of life in a vibrant city! The apartment is located at street level, with direct access and no stairs, making it easy and convenient to enter. From the very first moment, you can enjoy your space in complete privacy and without any interruptions. Other things to note The spiral staircase has been recently renovated with a beautiful custom-made handrail, crafted by a talented artisan blacksmith. It was suggested by some of our guests, and although it took us some time to find the right person to bring our vision to life, we finally succeeded. Now, the staircase is both functional and decorative, adding a special touch to the space. That said, we always advise guests to take a close look at the photos, as it is somewhat unique and may not be ideal for elderly people. As for parking, Denia Street is a residential area where parking is not allowed. However, just a few steps from the loft, on Buenos Aires Street, you will find Parking Buenos Aires, a private car park open 24 hours. For more economical options, the nearby Avenida Filipinas offers a blue zone, where you can park at an affordable rate using a simple mobile app. Additionally, parking in the blue zone is free on Sundays and public holidays, which can be very convenient.
