Apartment Joy Nemira

Our apartment is situated in Nemira near the city of Omiš. It is 5 - 10 min by car or cca 30-35 min by walking. Nemira is one of the most popular choices for everyone who wishes to have a nice vacation near the sea. There are two pebble beaches where one can enjoy swimming and diving. Our apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood, on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 6 people. Welcome to apartments Joy where you can enjoy your stay! The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining room, a living room, two bathrooms and a terrace with a barbecue. The apartment is fully equipped. There are TV and air-conditioning in every room, including the free Wi-fi. The kitchen has an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine. Just near our house, there is a playground for the kids. There is a small market, coffee bar, exchange office, bakery, the green market for fruits and vegetables and a couple of restaurants in Nemira. Everything is in 5 min reach on foot. The beach is cca 120 m far. It is downhill from our apartments. Guest access There is free WiFi and also free parking space for You. There are stores nearby and local restaurants. It takes only 25 min drive to get to the town of Split or 35 min driving to get to the town of Makarska. You can visit the nearby islands on a one-day boat excursion from Omiš. There is also a frequent local bus line to Split, the town famous for Diocletian palace. Cleaning service can be arranged daily if needed (additional cost) or we leave it up to you during your stay. The apartment includes new bed linen after seven days. We will be at your disposal during your stay.
