The dining and sitting area features a great sofa, nice large flat-panel TV with satellite channels, a very fast internet connection (1000Mbps), and a dining table for up to 8 people. Kitchen is complete with stoves, oven, microwave, freezer, fridge, coffee machine and everything you need to cook great meals while in Barcelona. Both bathrooms have a nice bath to relax after a long day! The terrace is equipped with outdoor dining furniture to provide your friends or family with great sunset drinks, morning breakfasts, in front of the sea. Guest access In the morning you can take breakfast in the terrace and walk 50 meters to go to the beach (Nova Mar Bella). Or you can use the exclusive amusement zone with swimming-pool, paddle-tenis courts, games for children and a gym. All with 24 hour surveillance for your safety and your family's. In the evening you can cross the street and you'll be in the best shopping center in Barcelona: Diagonal Mar with stores, supermarkets, restaurants. Or visit the Diagonal Mar parks, with very fun games for children and relaxing lakes with benches to read your favorite book in a dramatic location. You can also visit the Barcelona city center in only 20 minutes by metro or 10 by taxi. Other things to note This apartment is only for people with proper manners and behaviour. Groups of young people under 30, parties and loud noise after 22h is totally forbidden.
