Cozy, Homey residence in the Heart of Quezon City

A very homey and cozy place to stay whether you are traveling for leisure or just needing a space to crash in. My place is located at the heart of the metropolis in Quezon City close proximity with business and commercial centers. It is also ideal for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. Accessible by Uber and Grab. Outside, almost everything you'll need is simply a few minutes away. The space My place has a 1-bedroom unit with a size area of 40 sqm. It can fit up to 2 adult guests plus a child (0-6 yrs.old only). FULLY FURNISHED. Each rooms are made of concrete partition, a spacious modern bathroom w/tempered shower enclosure, foyer, mini kitchen, balcony with a nice view of Cubao. It is equipped with: • 1 Queen size bed • Remote air conditioning • Wi-fi • 2 nite tables w/ 2 table lamps • 2 Seater sofa • 2 Chest drawers • Wardrobe cabinet • Stand fan • Flat LED TV w/ cable • Shower Enclosure w/ hot and cold • Toiletries • Hair blower • Kitchenette w/ built in cabinet and drawers • Coffee table w/ bar stools • Set of dinner wares and utensils • 5 cu.ft ref • Microwave, rice cooker and coffee maker Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the unit, but only in open area such as in the balcony. We request guests to close doors & windows so the fumes and dust do not seep into the interior of the unit. Guest access The unit is located at the 3rd floor level. The whole place is yours. You can use whatever is provided. If guests wish to grill BBQ, there are 2 kinds of heavy duty griller (charcoal and gas type) located in the 2nd level balcony where guest can use for free. Parking is FREE and 1 slot is available. During your stay Privacy is always given top priority but I'm always ready to help you and offer recommendations. Other things to note Take care of the unit like its your own. :) Maximum number of guest is two (2). If you need to bring along a 3rd guest, please inform us. As much as possible save electricity and water by turning them off when leaving the unit. No smoking inside the residence unit. Allowed only open areas.
