Cozy studio with swimming pool

It's a pretty new modern studio (built in 2013); it's fully furnished and conveniently located 100m from the beach (Jomtien Beach street, Soi 8). It has a swimming pool, sauna and gym on the roof, free wifi, security, TV, washing machine, AC and a plenty of shops and restaurants around. NO EXTRA CHARGES. You don't need to pay extra for the utilities, it's all included in the price you see on Airbnb. The space It's a lovely and comfy studio with a big bed for two and a sofa where a child or your least favourite family member can sleep ;) The studio is conveniently located 100m away from the beach, where you can find dozens of restaurants, shops, beauty parlours, and even a windsurfing school nearby. The condo itself is well maintained and has all necessary amenities. Guest access - fresh blankets and towels; - air conditioning; - TV set with international channels; - set of crockery and cutlery for 4; - fridge; - access to your own balcony with chairs and a table; - huge swimming pool on the roof with Jacuzzi, sauna and a view of the sea; - free wi-fi; - free access to the gym on the roof; - free sauna on the roof; - security system all over the building; - washing machine; - microwave; - hair dryer; - iron and ironing table.
