The space The 1-bedroom apartment has a living room with a sitting area, sofa and large double sofa beds with two 90 x 200 cm mattresses and a bathroom with an almost walk-in shower. The small but nice fully equipped kitchenette is also sufficient for big appetites. The facilities also include a large flat-screen TV with cable connection, DAB+ radio and Wi-Fi. The south-facing balcony with its chairs and parasol is just the right place for a relaxing sunbath or just to relax, whether in summer or winter. In the basement of the residential complex there is a bicycle room for any bicycles you may have brought with you as well as a ski depot for your own skis. In front of the residential complex there are plenty of free parking spaces belonging to the house. The town center with all facilities such as an outdoor pool and restaurants can be reached after a short walk. Right outside the front door are a supermarket and the bus stop to the Winkelmoos-Alm / Steinplatte ski resort, to the village or to Ruhpoldingen. The entrance to the many cross-country ski trails is less than 100 m from the house. By car, you can reach Munich, Berchtesgaden, Salzburg, Königssee, Chiemsee, Kitzbühel, Zell am See and many other excursion and ski areas in Tyrol and Salzburg in an hour. Guest access The apartment is available for the guests for exclusive use. Other things to note In Reit im Winkl, a visitor's tax is mandatory. The visitor's tax is to be paid to me in advance via Airbnb request, as I have to pay it to the municipality. As this is an LTE Internet connection, the speed may be lower at peak times.
