Stay in the heart of Trouville! 20 m2 studio located on Rue des Bains, a small shopping street in the heart of the city. A short walk to the beach, Casino and ferry to Deauville, in the middle of shops and restaurants! The space Refurbished bright studio, in a small building. It includes a REAL bed, (sheets provided) with a very comfortable mattress. You will find a small space to cook (electric stove, oven, fridge and kettle), but the size of the kitchenette will not allow you to embark on the preparation of large feasts! There is also a bathroom/toilet with towels available. Detail that is important for some: the bathroom partition stops a few centimeters from the ceiling ;) Other things to note Cleaning fees are not optional because they include a person checking that everything is okay, changing the sheets, vacuuming and cleaning the toilets. The price also includes the provision of sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels. If you'd like to bring the necessary items, please let me know so that it can be deducted from the maintenance fee. Be sure to specify if you'd like to bring your dog, so we can remove the carpet. We are delighted to welcome pets at no additional cost. However, we ask that you ensure that your four-legged companions do not leave hair on the textiles (sheets, sofas, curtains, etc.). A vacuum cleaner and a roller are available if needed. This will avoid additional work for our maintenance team, which should be charged.
