Situated in the hamlet of Mlini, 10 km from Dubrovnik Airport and 12 km from Dubrovnik this beautiful detached 3 bedroom villa offers amazing panoramic view of Zupa Bay. All 3 king size bedrooms have private balconies - one south, one east and one north facing together with a sun bathing terraces. The garden boasts lemon, fig and vine trees, as well as a family sized BBQ for outdoor dining. Ideal holiday home in quiet residential area for families and friends. The space The pool is surrounded by herbs including lavender, mint and rosemary. They can be used by the guests for cooking. There are also vine trees, a fig, lemon and orange tree. Guest are welcome to help themselves when fruits are in season. Guest access The whole house and garden areas are free to be used by guests. Other things to note The Villa is NOT suitable for late night parties due to its quiet residential area location. All loose equipment from the terrace and around the pool should be folded and stored in safe place at the end of the day i.e. cellar, hall or rooms. It is essential that all doors and windows are properly shut since the local wind can start suddenly and vary in strength and direction. This is particularly noticeable in the evening and early morning hours. Rubbish disposal bins are located by the main road near the restaurants Paradiso and Flamingo.
