The apartment offer the following advantages and conveniences : - Air Conditioning, - Free parking spots at only 5 minutes walk of the apartment in the streets Louis Nouveau, Montfleury, Isola Bella et Du Lys, - Secured parking at 5min walk for 10,00EUR per day at the Isola Bella - EFFIA parking, - Fast Internet Wifi connection, - Bedding and towels are furnished. The flat is located at the 4th floor without lift. The main room is equipped with a sofa bed for two persons, a kitchenette, and a little bathroom space. The flat provides perfect accommodation for 1 persons and can accommodate to 2 persons for short stays. Very bright all day long the flat is very pleasant to live in. ♿️ ACCOMMODATION NOT ACCESSIBLE TO PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY Guest access You rent the entire apartment, you will be the only one who access to the whole flat. No rooms or equipment are shared. Other things to note !!! DO NOT THROW ANYTHING IN THE TOILET!!! Dear travelers, dear travelers. We would like to inform you that the apartment is equipped with Sanibroyeur type toilets which operate with a pump to evacuate waste water. It is therefore imperative NOT TO THROW ANYTHING INTO THE TOILETS, except for a small quantity of toilet paper, otherwise the drainage system will be blocked or broken and a plumber will have to be called in urgently. The cost of the intervention will be yours. charged a minimum of €300 depending on the severity of the damage. Cotton, dental floss, towels, hygiene products, absorbent paper, wipes, tissues, etc. must be thrown in the trash.
