Welcome to stay at our newly renovated two-story townhome for one month or longer. This ROOM is on the 2nd floor has a queen size bed (medium firm) and a private bathroom. High-speed Wi-Fi is provided. THE NEIGHBORHOOD is in a safe, well-lit area that has grocery shops, bar/restaurants. Subway is 2 blocks away, the local bus station is right on the corner of the South street. The house is in a great location making Center City an easy walk away. The space The house is keyless so you can easily check yourself in. The washer/dryer is open to your use. The guest can also use the kitchen for light cooking. Frying is not allowed. Cooking must be attended. Plates are provided. The kitchen must be cleaned by the guest every time after use especially after cooking. PARKING is free on the street in front of the house, but it is pretty difficult to find a spot because this is in the city center. There are several parking garages nearby; the nearest garage is 1 block away. The regular price is ~$20 per day. Guest access The bedroom has a passcode lock on the door for privacy. Please make sure the front door is locked when leaving the house. During your stay We'd like you to feel at home and comfortable so our face to face contact will be minimal.
