This charming apartment is part of our family home complex, with each unit uniquely designed to create a special atmosphere. Located on the ground floor, it offers a private outdoor area perfect for morning coffee and relaxing moments. Guests can also enjoy our peaceful shared garden surrounded by greenery and our friendly turtles. Fully equipped for a comfortable stay, it offers an authentic local experience and a true home-away-from-home feeling. The space Our 45 m² apartment is located in a great area of Split, close to shops and only a little over 1 km from the famous Žnjan Beach. It features a separate fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with all essentials, and a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed and fresh linen. The living area offers a new TV with Netflix and YouTube, plus a sofa bed for a third guest (available with an additional charge). Guest access Everything in the apartment is provided for our guests’ comfort and convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, cutlery, and basic essentials to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The bedroom is prepared with fresh bed linen and comfortable blankets, while the bathroom includes towels, hand soap, and other essential amenities. Should you need anything additional during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist you. Other things to note Our location offers an ideal balance between relaxation and convenience. We are situated close to the beach and well connected to the city center, making it easy to explore Split. The nearest beach - Žnjan (1.2 km/ 15min), while the city center is about 3.2 km from the apartment. A bus stop is located just 100m away, with frequent connections running every 15-20 min. In the immediate vicinity, you will find several shops for your convenience, including Ribola (100 m), Tommy (250 m), Studenac (350 m), Victa (500 m), and Lidl (950 m).
