Mediterranean style, comfortable 2-bedrooms and fully equipped apartment in the heart of Barcelona, located in the corner of Plaza Catalunya, bustling during the day and the night, but in a small quiet street with no traffic, on the 5th floor of an antique building without lift; a walking distance from many touristic places, shops, night life and much more. Minimum stay: 31 nights. The space If you want to feel like a local in a charming, recently refurbished apartment in the center of Barcelona, this is your place! Located only 30 seconds away from the city's center: Plaça Catalunya, the best area of Barcelona full of shops, bars, restaurants, night life and a walking distance many touristic attractions and arts. There are many bus, subway and train lines and the aerobus stop is one minute walking from the flat. Being so central, it's very quiet because it's located in the small, narrow, quiet street with no traffic on the 4th floor of an antique building without lift; besides its windows overlook a small and sunny courtyard so when you're inside, you don't notice at all you're in the city center. The apartment has been completely renovated and decorated in June 2017 to offer our guests a comfortable and pleasant stay, providing everything needed to live in Barcelona and have an unforgettable time as if you were at home. The flat has 2 double bedrooms and is fully furnished. It has 2 double beds and a sofa bed in the living room which turns into a double bed (for all the beds we provide bed linens) and a table with 4 chairs. The bathroom has a big shower. The brand new kitchen is in the living room and offers everything needed to cook and eat in the apartmenthas: a glass-ceramic hob with 2 stoves, microwave, fridge, extractor, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. We also provide dishes, glasses, cutlery and other kitchen utensils such as pots, pans, knives, cutting boards etc. and even a hair dryer and towels! There is air conditioning with heat pump and all supplies are included (water, electricity, internet wi-fi fiber optic of 300 MB and the staircase costs like light and cleaning). All ready to move in into this cozy flat! We accept only short rentals of minimum 1 month and maximum 1 year. Guest access The guests have access to a laundry room located in the same building. There are 3 washing machines, a dryer, 2 irons and ironing boards. In front of the laudry room there is a terrace to hang the clothes. Other things to note We offer only short term rental (minimum 31 nights) therefore we do not provide cleaning products, each guest should buy them. Cleaning service can be hired during the stay. All the supplies are included in the price up to 200€ per month so we ask you to switch off the air conditioning and heating every time you leave the flat. Thank you. We want to highlight that our apartment is located on the 5th floor of an antique building with NO lift. Please remember there is an extra fee for late check-in: from 8 pm to 10 pm - 30€, after 10 pm - 50€ to be paid when you arrive at the apartment.
