The space Located in Bangkok's most desirable neighborhoods, is this exclusive designer's loft, a genuine oasis in a natural surroundings of rain forest and waterfall. Perfect combination of modern luxury comforts and green environment, peaceful escape and a great place to spend your vacation with family and friends and discover Bangkok, the Land of Smiles. Although the suite can host up to 6 guests with 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed and 1 sofa bed, there is only 1 bathroom as stated in the description, which can be quite inconvenient if you are a group of more than 4. Guest access Guests can have access to a shared 20m long swimming pool with starry jacuzzi, beautiful lush tropical garden with waterfall. A modern kitchen with all facilities included. A pet friendly natural green environment where children can play with animals on the premises (peacocks, dogs, geese, chickens...) Private elevator is used as entrance to the listing. In case of elevator failure, possibility of using entrance through the door that is connected to the main house, but under normal circumstances, the door will remain locked and the only access is through the elevator. Free street parking Other things to note 1. Daily house keeping and laundry available at an extra charge / pet grooming and baby sitting service optional with advanced booking and subject to availability. 2. Upon your arrival, please make sure you show the map to taxi drivers. It is located in the one way section of Suhumvit 39, therefore, it will be easier access through Petchburi 38/1. Because of the one way system, if you miss the house, you will have to redo the loop, and during peak hours, traffic can be terrible. 3. Airport pick up optional, subject to availability, 700 Baht for private car, 1,100 Baht for private van, to be paid directly to the driver. Once the reservation is made, please do not take another taxi as you will be charged for this one. 4. This duplex has on 1 bedroom + living dining room. The 2nd bedroom is an open loft, there is no privacy between the rooms even if there is a door. Catering for more than 4 adults can be over crowded. 5. If you travel with a pet, there is an additional charge of 600 Baht per day. 6. For late arrivals after 10 pm, we require that our guests use our airport pick up service to ensure your smooth arrival and check in. 7. Safe deposit box available for guest's use.
