Porto114Apartment was completely renovated in 2017, presenting itself as spacious, functional and bright. In March 2025, a new and profound intervention in the space was completed, maintaining the original characteristics but adding elements that ensure greater comfort for our guests. 2 minutes from the Torre dos Clérigos and the liveliness of downtown Porto, Porto114Apartment is situated on a very central but quiet street, 1 minute from Passeio das Virtudes and 5 minutes from Passeio da Ribeira. The space Porto 114 Apartment is a clean, comfortable and functional space. The light is constant throughout the day due to the front and rear windows and balconies that the apartment features. The rooms are decorated in a practical and modern style displaying some local artists on its walls. Three bathrooms form the corridor leading to the kitchen and living rooms. The kitchen forms a unit with the pantry, only divided by a counter, which allows communication and interaction between both spaces, lined with tiles of different colors. You can cook and enjoy your home-cooked meals with all the amenities of a modern, well-equipped space. The living room is divided between the leisure and dining area, it is spacious and ideal for group living thanks to a large sofa (converts into a sofa bed intended for a 7th and/or 8th guest, being paid at the time of booking, with its own fee), furniture, television, a table with capacity for all guests and a small work area. The back patio, outdoor area, finishes the apartment and can access it by the kitchen or living room. It is a space that we book especially for our smokers. Guest access Guests naturally have access to the entire apartment, except for two small rooms intended for their own storage, which are closed. Other things to note Porto114Apartment is equipped with blinds and shutters on the front windows and balconies to ensure sound and light insulation. The city's main areas of interest are very close, within a perimeter of about 1 km in the Historic Area where it is located. Passeio das Virtudes, Torre dos Clérigos and the surrounding area, the Sé neighborhood, Passeio da Ribeira and Cais de Gaia, on the other side of the Douro River, where the Port wine cellars are located: everything is very close, so I advise everyone to take these routes on foot or in light vehicles that allow you to admire the most medieval part of the city. Porto114Apartment is part of a building in which there are local residents and local accommodation, so I ask you not to make noise after 10 p.m., a time determined by Portuguese law, so that a harmonious environment is maintained among all those who use the building.
