Aureliana is a house on 2 floors with independent entrance in center town of Polignano, close to beach, old town and railway station. The first floor is a unique environment with double bed, bathroom and mezzanine with a second double bed (MEZZANINE AVAILABLE ONLY FOR BOOKINGS WITH MORE THAN 2 GUESTS). On the second floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with terrace. The house is furnished with all the comforts. Rented with tourist lease. Identity documents must be presented at check-in. The space Aureliana is a bright and comfortable detached house on two levels, ideal for couples and small families. It features a spacious terrace where you can relax, a fully equipped kitchen and a unique environment with two double beds, bathroom and a living area with TV and sofa bed. Air-conditioned rooms and Wi-Fi. Guest access The house is for the private and exclusive use of guests. All beds are double beds. For every two people only one double bed is available. The loft overlooks on the main room, fully furnished with a double bed, is available only for bookings with more than 2 guests. The use of the loft, in case of booking with only 2 guests, must be agreed in advance with the host and requires a surcharge. The use of the double sofa bed must be agreed in advance with the host and requires a surcharge. Other things to note Please, note that there are two sets of stairs in the house: one leading to the main living area, and another to access the kitchen and terrace. For this reason, the house is not suitable for infants, young children, or anyone with mobility issues. In Polignano a Mare, waste is collected through a door-to-door recycling system. There are no public bins on the streets, so following the recycling schedule is essential. Guests are kindly asked to follow the calendar posted in the kitchen and adhere to the host’s instructions. For hygiene reasons, eating and drinking in the bedrooms is not allowed. While we take care of the final cleaning, we kindly ask guests to leave the house as tidy and clean as possible. In cases of excessive mess, an extra cleaning fee may be charged. Smoking, lighting candles, or using open flames of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house. A gas alarm and fire alarm system is in place. All beds are doubles. One double bed will be provided for every two guests. The loft with a double bed overlooking the main room will only be available for bookings of more than two people. There is no private parking and the street the house is on is not accessible by car. Free parking is available near the Polignano train station, just a five-minute walk from the house.
