Olive Green, feel the flavor of the Mediterranean

Part of the Casa Delone apartment building, Olive Green is a modern design apartment, filled with light and a spacious living room. It will provide a pleasant atmosphere in a calm and beautiful setting, for families, couples and younger people. The apartment is fully equipped and has access to the garden with barbecue. Fantastic sea view and a brand new pool will give you a special experience. It is located 5 minutes walk from the sea, and 4.5 km from the old town of Kotor. The space The apartment is on the ground floor. It has a large private parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, combined refrigerator, oven, stove, dishes and cutlery, etc. The living room has a sofa bed, cable TV and independent Wi-Fi access. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with all necessary facilities, washing machine and towels. The apartment has an exit to the spacious garden with barbecue. A large, brand new pool with sea view is open to all guests of Casa Delone. Two well-equipped grocery stores, a bakery and a grill are at 5 minute walking distance. Guest access Due to suggestions of Airbnb support, it appears we must use this area to describe the facilities/amenities, to avoid potential problems with guests who are expecting something we are not able to provide. Please check this area for information, as this is the only way to broadly update guests on the state of things about our facilities, due to the current inabilities of the Airbnb app and website. *** The barbecue is for all the guests of the Casa Delone building to use. It is required for all guests to announce the timeframe for using the barbecue, to avoid interweaving of usage, or, if different guest groups are ok and manage to agree with each other, they can use it together! :) Cleaning of the barbecue after usage (and cooling) is appreciated! Part of Casa Delone's garden with a barbecue is reserved for the Ocean Blue apartment residents and its dining room opens into the garden. Please be respectful to the guests in that apartment, if using the barbecue. *** The swimming pool is also reserved for Casa Delone residents. Our swimming pool is fully open, unheated, and seasonal. Typical usage is from the beginning of June to mid - September. While we currently don't ban access to the pool area at any time, we do have regular daily chemical maintenance, which means it can not be used for swimming for a few hours while it's treated. We strive to do that later in the night typically (10 PM until the morning), but we may have to do it at other times, even in the day (during very hot days especially). After big rains, we may need to use shock treatment, which will make the water too high on chemistry for using the pool, for a total of 12 hrs. All the treatments are typical swimming pool treatments and are done for the user's comfort and safety. The longer-time usage-stopping ones happen rarely. The exact dates our pool is opening or closing, are highly dependent on weather conditions, and the possibility of regular structural maintenance, or the possibility of repairs. It is not always possible to assess the conditions precisely, so the dates for opening can not be put with high certainty. Also, if a crucial malfunction happens during the season, we may need to empty the pool temporarily. It will produce a 48hrs delay. *** The building has large private parking which is covered by CCTV. *** Please check this area in case there is any change in the state of amenities or facilities.
