The Villa You will have the exclusive use of the villa and all its facilities The Main House and an adjacent Guest House (total 400sq.m) are set in a lush garden of 4.000sq.m, abundant with species of luscious flora such as oleander, althaea, baby sun rose, and giant cacti to name a few. A very old water well adds a drop of quaintness to the garden as it sits a-top the vast horizon of the sea. You will find seating areas for intimacy and privacy in our spectacular exterior area, where most guests spend the days swimming, chilling, and indulging in the ultra good vibrations and tranquility. The Main House features a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry room, and a WC. Also, on the top floor of the Main House, with incredible views from its two verandas, is the spacious Master Suite. Within, there is a a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second Master Suite of the Main House is located on the ground floor. It also has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom and a veranda leading to the pool area. Adjacent to the main house is the Guest House with 3 bedrooms. Each has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the surrounding verandas, garden and pool area. Two of the bedrooms have queen size bed, with the third bedroom having two single beds opposite one another. For additional persons we can arrange for a baby-cot or folding bed in any of the two Master Bedrooms of Main House or one inside the bedroom with the two single beds (The standard rate is for 10 persons. Every additional person is charged 150 Euro per night) All bedrooms are equipped with A/C, hairdryer, bath robes as well as quality amenities such as soaps, body and hair shampoo, and hair conditioner.
