Spacious house in green area, good communications

Welcome to our homey and spacious house, ideal for families or two generations travelling together. The house is situated in a green and nice suburban area, just a few minutes to a lake and forest, but with good communications that will take you to the centre in about 25 minutes. The house features a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional toilet. There is a protected backyard, but in the wintertime you might rather appreciate the open fireplace and sauna ! The space As you enter the house, there is an entrance hall with ample space for shoes and outdoor clothes. On the ground floor you will also find the fully equipped and newly refurbished kitchen with a table that fits up to six people and a bedroom with a single bed. Furthermore, a big and nice living room with an open fireplace as well as a dining room with table and eight chairs. Just next to the dining room, a bit separate, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with toilet and shower. From the kitchen you have access to the garden and the big protected terrace with table and six chairs as well as a small sofa and coffee table. In the garden you will find for example a big trampoline and a hanging mat. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms, one with a single bed and one with a double bed. If you desire, we can arrange for the room to be more appropriate for elderly children or grown-ups. In-between there is a hall with a desk and an adjacent bathroom with toilet and bathtub (possibility to shower). Downstairs is a laundry room, a playroom/second living room and a sauna with a shower. Guest access As a guest in our house you will rent the entire house and we will provide room for you in drawers and closets, but there will be some exceptions where we store our own clothes. The same goes for the kitchen, where you will be able to use almost everything with a few exceptions where we store groceries.
