The house is an old town house built 1876 and has been renovated 2018. Three nice and bright bedrooms with Coco-mat beds, all with balcony or access to roof terass. The space The house is located just by the water front and you can choose to swim from two more or less private beaches or jump in the sea from the old pier where you have ladders. In the big living room you will find an Apple TV 55” with all channels and Netflix etc and games. An open fire place will create a nice atmosphere during winter time. A well equipped kitchen and a dinner table for 6 as well as a bathroom is located on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find two big bedrooms, each with balcony and a sea view, and a shared bathroom. On the second floor you will find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.On this level you will also find the big roof terrace overlooking the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. The terrace is approximately 30 square meters and has a dinner table and lounge area as well as refrigerator and water.
