Your room has a dedicated workspace, dresser, closet and high speed internet - ideal for remote work. Main floor has shared kitchen, dining table and living room. It’s big, bright with tall ceilings. You are steps away from cafes, restaurants, shops and city attractions. Very central, very convenient, with public transit nearby to get around. Ask about discounts for longer term stays! The space Your space is safe, secure and easily accessed directly from the street. Very private: your bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor of this spacious townhouse, and only used by you. Your room door also has a lock. The main floor is a shared space - living, dining, patio and sunny garden/backyard. The space is ideally for you alone; not for families or people traveling with pets. The space includes a proper, super-comfortable, queen-size bed, dedicated workspace, dresser, large mirror and more. The bathroom has a full size bathtub/shower. The bedroom faces South onto the street and gets a lot of sun; the property is air conditioned, provides wifi and can accommodate many special requests such as longer term stays. Just ask. Guest access Your primary space is your bedroom and bathroom - both are private spaces on the second floor of a multi-level townhouse. You also have access to the main floor (entrance level) which includes the living room (with wifi, large flatscreen TV), kitchen, dining room and backyard garden. During your stay I’m frequently away for work, you have the benefit of booking a home for the price of a private room. As your host, I am available to assist and help as much (or as little) as you like- via chat, email or phone. Other things to note I have a very friendly Italian greyhound dog. This breed is small (he's 10lbs), they are hypo-allergenic (don't shed) and he rarely barks. Quiet hours are totally flexible.
