Room with garden view

The apartment is located in the Nippes district, centrally and quietly. The room on the south side has a beautiful garden view. The beautiful surroundings offer the possibility to simply go for a walk, to walk to the botanical garden Flora, to the Rhine or to the city garden. Good transport connections (U-Bahn [subway] 12 and 15). The cathedral can be reached in 10-15 minutes. The famous Nippes market with fresh food and cheap clothing attracts many city residents to shop. Nippes is easy to love. The space A special treat for people who like to sit in the beautiful garden in the summer, our beautiful garden is certainly a nice place to reflect :-) Guest access You can share all the utensils in the kitchen. You share the bathroom with shower and toilet with another person if there is another guest. Washing machine is available. During your stay I am available to my guest as a contact person if they have any questions. Other things to note Important booking information: From July 1, 2024, the city of Cologne will levy a culture tax for all travelers starting July 1, 2024. All Airbnb guests also have to pay 5% of the booking price to the city of Cologne. The information can be found on the City of Cologne website. Unfortunately, I cannot provide the link here. But after booking, I'll be happy to share the link. The guest, especially with a longer stay, should take care of the weekly cleaning in the apartment.
