The decor with essential lines highlights the wonderful view of the Sassi. The white walls are embellished with my art creations! The Affaccio is a guest house: the price indicated is for one room. The apartment has two independent bedrooms with a private bathroom and a common living area. The small terrace, the centerpiece of the property, allows you to relax and enjoy the breathtaking view. The small kitchen is only available for tea or coffee (not for cooking). The space The Affaccio is the result of a careful and recent renovation of a building dating back to the early 1900s, located close to the ancient Sassi districts and in the square in front of the church of S. Biagio, in the historic center of Matera. The excellent location allows guests to reach the house by car, then park it in one of the nearby parking lots and visit all the most important and evocative monuments of the city. Entering and staying in this apartment you have the feeling of being in a place out of time and you will surely feel at home!! During your stay I have a creative workshop "Mani nell'Arte" a few meters from the property, so I am always available for anything you need!
