Bright flat with fantastic view on Tbilisi

Bright, comfortable apartment with beautiful view in the centre of Tbilisi. My apartment is located in the city centre - close to railway station, bus station and metro. Next to it you have shopping centres “Tbilisi Central" and "Karvasla". It's newly built house and my apartment is on the 10th floor. Well furnished, bright and cozy. The place is great for family couples, friends and travellers. You have everything to relax in the evening and enjoy the beauty of Tbilisi night view from balcony. The space The apartment is absolutely new, in a newly built block in central part of the city. The flat is 57sq meters with 8sq meter balcony. It is on the sunny side, with fantastic view on the whole city from the top, as it's 10th floor. Space is very bright and warm in winter and cool in summer evenings, with nice breeze that you can enjoy sitting on the balcony, having wine. Guest access As it is whole apartment - you have fully equipped kitchen, with all appliances you might need. There is a washing machine and hair dryer in the bathroom. Also you can use iron if you need. Other things to note Please, keep the space organised and clean. Don't forget to take everything from the balcony, as in windy weathers things may fall down on the ground. Keep quite after 11pm, so you don't disturb other neighbours.
