Central Karori studio, 10 mins city drive

Light studio room with private access, kitchenette, bathroom at back of our house. Has small dining table, lounge area, queen sized bed with fridge freezer, oven, microwave. TV with Freeview, chromecast, unlimited WiFi, powerful Mistubishi heatpump, Washing machine, drier & outdoor clothesline. No off-street parking. Bathroom clean but tired with painted concrete floor & rugs. Shower over a solid but stained cast iron tub. This is an 1890s house afterall. Shabby chic but super cosy and clean. The space The self contained studio room is to the rear of our 1890's house and is a short walk up a driveway. We are surrounded by native birds. There are sensor lights on the outside. Parking is available on the street. It is too tight to park by the house, and too many people get into issues reversing and fences have been damaged, so we would prefer cars to not be up by the property. Guest access You will have private access to the unit.
