"Villetta Virginia" in Salento (lit. Gallipoli)

Villetta Virginia is a charming villa located 400 meters from the sea, a 20-minute drive from Gallipoli and 15 minutes from Torre San Giovanni. It is suitable for anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet place to relax on sunny summer days and at the same time want to enjoy the fast pace of Salento nightlife. The space "Villetta Virginia" is an INDEPENDENT APARTMENT OF LATEST CONSTRUCTION, suitable for summer and winter thanks to a lovely fireplace. - THE ACCOMMODATION consists of two fully air-conditioned bedrooms (one is fitted out with a king bed, the other one with two single beds). The kitchen is equipped with all you need (i.e. pots, tableware, cutlery and so on so forth) and the living room is furnished with the pull-out sofa which can comfortably be used to accommodate another person overnight. The bathrooms are two (one provided with a shower and the second one - positioned outside the apartment - with a laundry area). The two-level outdoor spaces have multiple functions. On the ground floor, the space is furnished with tables and chairs and it can be used as a lunch/dinner area or, depending on the requirements, as an internal parking space. On the mezzanine floor, the furnished veranda with seating area is adequate for living the house at all times: the curtains are specially designed to create more shade and intimacy for guests. Guest access Access is for the exclusive and private use of our guests, without sharing with other people. Pets are NOT allowed in the property.
