The Studio C is a fully equipped, 2 story house  (1st & 2nd floor, 90 m2). This house has 2 bedrooms ,2 bathrooms, 1 wc, a kitchen and a living room. It provides wonderful sea view from the 2 balconies. The beach is a few steps away. The area around the apartment is very safe and more relaxing than the center of the town , which is only 15 min walk away from the apartment. In the area can be found plenty of restaurants and cafe. The on steet parking is free around the house and easy to find. Guest access The CTL Studio C is over the Feggaopetra restaurant (on the 1st floor) . The area is called Anemomilos (windmill) and is very close (10-15 min walk) to the center of the old Town. The bus stop to the center is right in front of the studio and the bus needs about 5 min to go there.
