Our two bedroom self-catering apartment is located just a short walk from the traditional village of Pervolia in Larnaca. It is stylishly furnished and has air-conditioning in both bedrooms. The light, spacious lounge leads onto a full width balcony with views of the Mediterranean Sea - perfect for sitting out for your morning coffee or relaxing with a cold beer in the evening watching the sun go down. There is a secure shared pool. It's only a 15 minute transfer by car from Larnaca Airport. The space Our apartment is the largest in the development, providing a light airy and relaxing space to enjoy your holiday. Guest access You have full, unrestricted access to the whole apartment. You also have shared access to the pool, however with only 16 apartments in the whole development it is normally very quiet. The pool is locked with a key which you are provided with for both safety and security therefore please lock if you are the last to exit the pool area. Other things to note Utilities, air-conditioning and wifi are all included within your rate and now the apartment has been fitted with a 32inch SMART TV for when you need to unwind.
