Warner’s Bay Private Studio

Fully self contained studio with private entrance. Suitable for couples, solo or business travellers. The studio is 15 minutes walk to the lake and pedestrian cycleway. Coles shopping centre, boutiques, banks, post office, newsagent, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, hotel and bowling club are nearby. By car it’s a 20 minute drive to Newcastle, Merewether and Nobbys beach. The closest major shopping centres are Mt Hutton, Charlestown and Kotara. The space The space is self contained with a double bed. The mattress is a new Sealy Posturepedic bought 8th November 2023. A heavy curtain can be drawn across to separate the bedroom from the living area, reverse cycle air conditioner, kitchenette. There is a DVD and TV. Unlimited Free Wi-Fi with NBN internet. The password will be given when you arrive. We provide a welcome basket on arrival with cereal, loaf of bread, milk, fruit juice, butter, jams, for a continental breakfast. If you would like to have poached or boiled eggs there is an egg cooker in the cupboard. There are assorted teas, coffee, biscuits and a bowl of mints. A microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, coffee pod machine and slow cooker is located in the kitchenette cupboard. If guests like to cook during their stay they are welcome to use the outdoor barbecue and air fryer located on the verandah. All linen, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body wash and soap is supplied. An ironing board, iron and hairdryer is in the wardrobe. Guest access Guests have their own entrance and use of the complete studio. There is a small verandah to sit outside. The studio is at the back of the main home and is accessed by walking down the side of the garage. Guests are given keys on arrival. Other things to note In the tallboy draws you will find: - A folder with local cafe and restaurant menus. -A folder with tourist attractions to visit. -Tissues. -First aid kit.
