Our beautiful and spacious apartment of 100 sqm with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is the perfect place to start your vacation in Athens! The beginning of the UNESCO World Heritage Acropolis is only 500 meters away, the Acropolis Museum (500 m), Herodion (350 m), the METRO station Acropolis (650 m) and METRO Sygrou-Fix (500 m). The district where the apartment is located is called "Koukaki" and is known as a very safe area with restaurants, cafes, stores, supermarkets and pharmacies/doctors. The space Our lovely apartment is the ground floor of a 3-storey house. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 bathroom is an en-suite bathroom), both with showers and W / C, ventilation and Italian tiles, an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, a large dining table and a spacious living room with a new TV. The bedrooms have a king size bed (180x200) and a queen size bed (160x200), both with air conditioning. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (140x200) and air conditioning. Overall, the apartment has 3 air conditioning. The highlight of the apartment is the private patio / courtyard with a table and chairs where you can sit outside and start your day drinking a frappé and studying the guidebook. In the evenings, the terrace is perfect for a relaxing drink as you reminisce about your eventful day in Athens. If you also want to work, you can do so by using the desktop in the workspace. We also provide a travel cot for babies up to 2 years and a baby chair and crockery. Our apartment is ideal for couples, families or friends who want to spend their holidays right next to the main attractions and still want to have peace and quiet. Other things to note The apartment is located in a dead end street, so no car traffic can disturb the guests. The apartment is very quiet and yet central to the main attractions (Acropolis Museum, Acropolis, Plaka, Koukaki, Filopappou, Makrigianni). Pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. The apartment is only conditionally suitable for people with mobility handicaps as the Acropolis area in general is a bit hilly.
