Quiet, safe neighborhood in fabulous NE Minneapolis - filled with art studios, restaurants, tap rooms, and distilleries. There is lots of free on street parking, and if I'm not home off street parking. 3.6 miles from downtown. Two major bus routes to downtown within walking distance. Flexible on # of days and arrival times. The space Beautiful old home with a great vibe. The guest room and bathroom are private and set up for guests only. The rest of the house is my primary residence. If you value a peaceful space, this place is for you. There is a whole house water filter, so you won't be showering in or drinking chlorinated water. In the warmer months you can enjoy the Gazebo, a porch and a deck, and the gardens. Guest access Please note there is no microwave or dishwasher. If there is something specific you want or need, let me know and I'll do my best to accomodate you. As for TV - there is HDMI TV that is not connected to a television service currently. You can probably hook your laptop up to it for TV like service In the living room I also have a projector and screen that I use to watch movies via netflix, etc. During your stay It is my primary residence, and because it is an older home it has it's minor quirks! Unless I am traveling, I will be home. Happy to give your privacy, or socialize as it feels right. Other things to note There is a house cat named Roadie - he has a kitty door and comes and goes as he pleases. He will probably try to convince you he hasn't been fed lately.
